Roberts report was incredibly thorough and he spent a great deal of time with me on the phone going through the survey and answering my (many) questions. He even went back to the property for a second time when access was restricted to certain areas during the first viewing. Would definitely recommend and would use again!

I would HIGHLY recommend Robert Hopps to anyone looking for a surveryor. He carried out a level 3 building survey of a 3 story victorian terrace house and provided a very thorough report, including original high resolution images of the house exterior, roof and chimney stacks. He took time, after the survey, to call and discuss what was outlined in the report, as well as any concerns/questions I had and potential costs associated with remedial works. He even offered to visit the property again, out of good will, when we had issues in regards to the loft that arose in conveyancing months later down the line. He was such a superstar! His price was extremely competitive and the service he provides is incredible value for the cost. I would 100% use his services again, in the future.

We used this company already twice and would highly recommend, Robert really goes the extra mile with detailed reports and offering time to discuss anything that may need further explanation. We were able to study the report and have a couple of calls with Robert that helped us make the right decision, understanding what costs we were likely to face. Claire helped us schedule the appointment and was very responsive with any enquire we had before and after the survey, setting up calls with Robert. We will definitely use their services again.

Oustanding service from The Hopps Partnership! Robert was very quick to arrange the survey with the estate agent. Kept me in the loop throughout. Survey was completed on a Thursday and I received the detailed report with pictures and information the next day!
