Popped in, super helpful and knowledgeable, and shop manager, Jan, let us borrow samples to compare at home which was excellent in choosing the right design and roller blind style. Very communicative and honest, no pressure, no hassle, and a speedy installation. Will use again for replacements and Roman blinds too.

I have been compelled to write a review, after reading a couple of reviews(which I thought i was reading about a different Shop entirely.) I have used Bells blinds as I am a builder and use Bells blinds and in particular Janet for her professional manner and her honesty and how helpful she is.And in All the Time I have used Bells blinds, I have been nothing but impressed from the shop service to the actual fitting of the curtains or Blinds.And I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

My Mother and I live in Wanstead and we dropped into this shop to inquire about curtains and we left shocked at the rudeness we were met with. A lady with short grey hair made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Two family members had used Bells in Romford so i decided to pop into wansted branch and was welcomed by Jan. I had a vision in my head of what I wanted but with so much to choose from and a husband with totally different ideas it proved a lot harder than I thought. Chatting to Jan as I looked she obviously picked up on what I was trying to achieve in my newly decorated room, she said she had a sample book out on loan but if I popped back on Monday she would let me have it, I took some samples there and then but they wasn't exactly what I was looking for. True to her word Jan called me on the Monday and said she had the book and even said she would hang on for me if I didn't get to the shop before closing. The book had so many sample I knew I'd done right to wait. I went back 2 days later and made my order. My blinds and curtains were delivered and hung much quicker than the time frame and I cannot thank Bells and Jan enough, they are perfect and we are so pleased wouldn't go anywhere else.
