I'm been visiting to this nail shop after I visited very first time, staff is very friendly always prepared before time to start treatment I guess it's just because line manager is around . I really like line manager her name is lisa ,she is very kind, friendly always on the floor to help her new clients or old to make them comfortable or give them more options to solve their problems regarding nails or less time to come for treatment. Today I had appointment with them for normal pedicure,I wasnt happy at all, one off colleague ask me very nicely " can I cut your toe nails". I replied back " yes, but dnt make it too short." I didnt give any notice cause normally they are very professional, after few seconds I feel pain on my third nail when i looked down it was bleeding. I feel let me just ignore it cause it happens 1st time . But when she finished done my normal pedicure , she come back to my same foot on big toe to cut cuticle and then I screamed and said to her very nice way " please don't make it too short" , but its it didnt help at all ,my toes nails shapes are very different from another's. I highly recommend this nail shop for every women out their cause they remove CND nail paint healthy style and they introduce new treatments with good price . I get done mine paraffin wax hand and feet it's so good and healthy treatment , it's really good for those you complaint about wrist or other feet pains. I highly recommend you few names to get done your treatment without regard. 1. Lisa and kitty . You can trust them blindly for any treatment. Rest I cnt trust them after my last treatment today . Iam looking forward to give a call to lisa and will speak about it and from now on I only gonna go after work on fridays when lisa is around . Had to chase refund from the bank as they did not send anything for 3 whole months and point blank ignored my emails and phone calls. Very bad experience - I do not recommend buying from this place.

Ordered items in August, same story as other reviews- they did not have items in stock and neglected to tell me this- but were very speedy to take my money. I cancelled the order nearly two weeks ago having not received the items after waiting for 3 weeks and have yet to receive a refund. I am no longer receiving responses to my emails. Waste of time and money. I paid slightly more from competitor and items arrived within a few days so there is no reason for such a delay with purchases. I would never use again.

I do not recommend ordering any Jane Iredale products as you're unlikely ever to receive them!!! Placed my order on 24th July. Was informed that my parcel will be delivered within 2 to 6 days. After nearly two weeks of waiting e-mailed the company and got a reply from Ranveer telling me of a delay. I told him I was happy to wait as long as my order was released that week. Nothing came that week or the week after. I decided to call it a day and demanded a refund. We're now in October and I still haven't received it. They never send you the product and cling to your money. Think twice before placing any orders with that company. Totally unreliable!!! I shall refer them to the police
