My first visit to this location was wonderful. Great vibe and friendly, helpful staff specifically Mam Safina she is doing wonderful job. Plus there is a bar !! I had a hot stone massage with (BN). I cant say enough good things pressure was perfect and she worked on my problem spots to open them up. Ill be back for sure. Easy appointments, welcoming staff, and talented employees! Had a facial today with the new owner. It was one of the best facials I have had. Her massage was thorough & deep. My face was cleansed after every product application.I liked that she included my neck & shoulders during massage.

Theres a difference between being honest, and brutally honest. The manager of the salon was nice and welcoming until she asked where I was from and received my response. I told her I was Pakistani and her tone and attitude changed with me completely. The moment of silence was real lol. She was from India. I have Indian friends and have never treated them differently to my Pakistani friends so I was taken back by this. For the duration of my haircut, wash and blow dry, my hair and skin was criticised, being told, I have enlarged pores, bad skin, thinning hair. Maybe I did, but its the way she told me in a way to shame me. I did not feel comfortable or peaceful in the salon at all. To top it off, I asked for my side fringe to be trimmed, instead, it was cut so short, I had to use hairclips to hold it back and stop it from sticking out because it was too short to sweep back. It took three months to get the shortest length back to how I always had it.
