after picking my pocket of thousands of pounds they have the arrogance to tell me I have no right to use the drawings I paid for without having the courtesy to talk to me first!
I should have been weary of a company that takes all its staging fees up front so there is no recourse after delivering poor quality product.
By way of update - I received a successful planning consent using a new architect who charged 1/10th of the price of this lot and delivered a far better quality product in the end
