Poor quality work that needed redoing. When they returned to do the work again they didn't complete the job and left us without skirting boards. Every time we rang we were told the boss was on holiday and they'd get back to us. This never happened. 9 months later we managed to get in touch with them and they dumped the skirting boards in our garden for us to fit ourselves. The work they were paid for still needs to be redone yet again. They claim our property is the problem however a second opinion from another builder has proven this is not the case, they just didn't actually carry out the standard of work they were paid for in the first place. The "boss" is very arrogant and instead of facing confrontation he sends his staff to do the dirty work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Lunn builders accommodated all of our requests to make alterations to the internal structure and layout of our school quickly and timely. Nothing was too much trouble. They did a great job, efficiently and taking into account our minimal budget. We were involved and consulted every step of the way. They even hoovered up after themselves! Thank you.
