        Top notch service , from receptionist to technical advice. Makes for refreshing change in this digital age. My TV50 had been standing idle and wouldn't run , but a new set of brushes & guides cured the problem and FOC.! TV50 is pretty good too ! Thumbs up to PWM

        The guys at pwm sales are an extremely professional and friendly bunch. I bought an ftr floor grinder package. Received on the stated date. All packaged extremely well. I had a slight problem with the machine not producing enough power. Iv used these machines for years and these guys know there stuff about them and it was a surprise to all of us as they really are bullet proof. They picked up the faulty machine and sent out a brand new one all within a few days. The new machine is a brilliant bit of kit and saves so much time on floor preparation ready to receive floor coverings. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and they made me feel at ease with the whole process. Special thanks to Danny and Donna. Would definitely recommend using these guys and I will be sure to use them in future for any specialist subfloor prep tools. Once again , thanks guys and all the best . David
