The Pheasantry B & B, Camping and Caravanning

Lovely quiet camping/caravan site. 6 electricity hook ups at 10 Amps and camping at the other end of the field. Owners are helpful. There is a parachute/jellyfish cover over the fire pit which was great on a Saturday night. There is a shower, sink and toilet in a portacabin. Yes it's a bit old but we have seen worse and the electric shower doesn't need coins. If a fellow camper has made a mess there are plenty of cleaning products. It only takes 30 seconds if you have muddy foot prints! There is also a 1970s? Static with toilet and shower together with kitchen area and 2 microwaves. We didn't use so I can't comment. It is rural and 1km down a Lane (so single track) off the A170. We have seen spider webs in toilet blocks at sites charging double and it is just part of camping.

We stayed here, Bank Holiday weekend Dave & Paula ,were lovely, so friendly They took time to see everyone that was camping over the weekend. Made sure everything was okay We even had a tour of their garden and met their dogs We will definitely return Perfect location, nice quiet site 10 out 10 !

We have returned 3 times since discovering this gem of a site last year. We have had electric hook up to our tent, and we have been able to use the facilities in the static van in addition to the separate toilet and shower which is available. The site is lovely and peaceful and a haven for the local wildlife. Paula and Dave are very accommodating and friendly - nothing is too much trouble for them! We will definitely be returning soon.
