        Parcel force allegedly took my parcel here. I dont know if this is true as they didnt bother coming to the house (we have ring doorbell) or to leave a card for me to collect it. On tracking it says delivered to this godforsaken place where they wont answer the phone. I paid for next day delivery not to go and get it from somewhere else. I think fraud is taking place.

        Been waiting for parcel to be re delivered from your post office im not happy at all cost a load of money i have tried to rong your post office all week and no one answers the phone just rings looks like i have to pick it up myself i was told they would pick it up from there and deliver today and slso yesterda but still waiting i should not be going out due to csncer snd mixing with people not good enough

        It's so often now that I am sick of it .opening time 9am ... now 9.39 shop assistant informed its opens 10am ... u taking mick with ur customers.

        Useless post office, doesnt open until 10am yet opening times say 9am, go there at lunch time hes on an hours lunch, go there at 3pm hes out for an hour fetching the kids from school. Hes always on his phone whilst serving, really what is the point of this PO? Royal Mail please close it down!

        What is the point of having a telephone line if you refuse to answer the call. The post office cannot be that busy so you cannot answer a telephone call ... that could actually be a matter of extreme importance.
