Said parcel wasn't there, twice when it clearly was, the second time I had to insist .. and there it was, staff kept tuting and giving people behind me filthy looks. And this happened a few months ago when I went to pick something up, so not a one off, if I could give minus or no stars I would

I called for something and the woman on the phone was soooooooo rude. No manners, Id love to see that energy in person because personally I wouldnt have it. Im speaking loud enough on the phone and she was muttering stuff and then I shouted my name since she said speak up and spell itttt. So rudely, no manners, let me come into the post office and keep this same attitude because I hate rude people. Dont take it out on customers who are nothing but nice to you.

The blonde woman at the front desk always has an unnecessary attitude with customers, especially those who dont speak a lot of English. She clearly doesnt know how to do her job properly because she was messing us about until another worker came over and had our issue with her confusion over the Amazon parcel pick-up code sorted. Myself and my sister went to the post office desk yesterday to pick up a parcel for our dad, with a note detailing that it was an Amazon package we needed to pick up. She ignored the note and told us to go to the sorting office the next day, which we did and we were told because its an Amazon package we have to go back to the front desk - mildly annoying. When we went back to the front desk and explained that we were told to come back only then did she read the note. She asked for a pickup code which I started to read out but she interrupted me and told me to show the code but because the email wasnt HTML coded she said it wasnt the right code and that we needed a barcode. Eventually another woman came over and said they cant in fact scan barcodes. Why were we told to find a barcode??? Turns out the code we ORIGINALLY showed and that I tried to read out to her WAS in fact the correct code. Why is she working there if she clearly doesnt like her job and doesnt fully understand the tech side of it???? We should have been able to pick up my dads parcel yesterday if it wasnt for the unnecessary hassle caused by this one particular employee.
