        Excellent service for over 20 years and the owners and staff and are simply wonderful. They will always go the extra mile to help and make matters easier for the customer. Malchem Chemists is such an important part of the local community.

        As my GP had issues with flu vaccine deliveries, I popped in here whilst in Smethwick and, not only were they able to give me the flu vaccination, but also my Covid 2nd booster. Both delivered immediately with no fuss and very friendly service. Fully deserving of 5 Stars.

        Shocking pharmacist, Mr Sohota. Told my mother to go to a different chemist for her prescription . She is vulnerable, has dementia, diabetes and high blood pressure and her mobility is restricted. He refuses to dispatch her 4 weekly prescription as a one off to give us time to nominate a new pharmacist. Told me its not his problem that she does not have any medication left!

        Not been with this chemist long, few months at most, delivery second time, hasnt arrived and closed now. Recommended from doctors too, my mom has onset dementia and hopefully tomorrow, if they remember.....
