Ash lodge care home with nursing , where can I start these beautiful amazing people weren't just staff members they became my family .my mom was only with them sadly a few short weeks how they cared for her I have no words strong enough it was truly magical what they did for my dear mom my children's nan but it didn't stop there they were the same with us , no matter how busy always stopped to speak and have a little magical uplift for me , in my moms final days I stayed around the clock , the support the hugs the kisses no one could of given anymore even if they had tried .these people here I give them my upmost respect.these are true angels keep up your amazing ways , dont ever doubt yourselves and may all good things come to each and every one of you ,thankyou may my mom Sheila nannie nag-nag rip how she loved that name sadly passed 2nd May 2023. For the short time my mom was with Ash Lodge, she was given the highest standard of care . We can not thank them enough for everything they did . The staff are friendly, extremely caring and very professional. We as a family are so glad we chose this home and would always recommend it .

Poor care Went behind our back and got medication reinstated when we had it stopped we know who did this and they have been reported Never forgive them after my father in law passed all we were told when we last checked he was ok when we went back later he had died Do not let your loved one go here they wont come out again

My late husband was in Ash Lodge Care Home with Nursing for almost three months. I was very pleased with how well he was looked after during that time. The standard of care that he received was excellent, with all of his needs well met by the very caring staff. I always felt at home when visiting him as there was a pleasant atmosphere and the staff were friendly. I was able to speak to the relevant staff member about aspects of his care when I needed to. They were always very helpful. His meals were tailored to suit his needs, which were quite complex. His room and the whole Home were always kept fresh and clean. I'm very thankful that my husband was able to spend his last days at Ash Lodge.
