Disgusting company, faulty item won't return and played on ebay time so couldn't get refund

Very unhelpful people. Bought Shower door and tray with them from ebay but didnt fit, so wanted to return, but on the return label the weight was mentioned as 2kgs and the actual weight was 21 kgs hence Royal Mail didnt accept the return. Contacted the seller to arrange collection but they refused, although on their ebay shop they do mention that they can arrange collection for 39. So beware and do not buy from them as if there are some problem you end up losing a lot of money and have to go through a lot of hassles as they are not at all helpful and do not follow their own return policy.

I think this company Delux bathroom might be scamming ebay customers i have provided evidence that goods were returned to them showing that the tracking record confirms they have it since Feb 2021 yet 14 emails later they claim not to have received attachments but a legal team copied into the has! What is going on with the company. I am giving them 5 working days before I go to the small claims court as its still cheaper than the refund they owe me!!!

I ordered from eBay. The item didn't arrive and so I contacted them. After various excuses, I asked for a refund. I also raised a dispute with PayPal. As a result, Deluxe Bathrooms refused the refund, saying if a dispute is open, they cannot refund, and so I closed it. They then insisted the dispute was 'still open' at their end. I checked with PayPal and this was untrue. I also followed up with both eBay and PayPal. A trader must NEVER ask a buyer to close a dispute until it is completely resolved. A dispute does NOT prevent a refund. Deluxe Bathrooms broke the terms of their agreement with both PayPal and eBay. Both are to take follow-up action. I have now raised the matter with trading standards and can only warn anyone to avoid this trader.
