        Yesterday I visited the branch for assistance with a business enquiry, it was about 2pm and I was stuck without change for my new business. The two women I spoke to were brilliant, they actually wanted to help me, they tried their hardest, provided advice on how to deal with my situation in the future and were able to assist with some of my change request. So many banks are disappearing from our high streets and everyone is being pushed to online/machines I was just really grateful for having very good customer service. Thank you ladies for your help yesterday, you saved me a lot of hassle (just sorry I never took your names)

        Visited this smethwick branch today to pay some coins in & few other transactions, the lady cashier told me the coin machine wasn't working properly but would try help me process the money, really helpful & friendly, much appreciated
