Shocking surgery appointment can only be made before 9am, false appointment sent over messages! I had a operation last Friday and been trying to make appointments but been told appointments can only be made before 9am! Absolutely shocking for a doctor surgery who cant provide appointments for patients!! They dont even deserve a star! Cant wait to move to a doctor surgery, who can provide a service what is expected from a DOCTOR SURGERY.

I've lived around oldbury for 8-9 years and I've been at hilltop. Worst doctors ever. And dog kennal lane surgery which is just as bad. But at warley Road surgery I haven't had to wait long to get through to reception no more the 5 minutes and same day or next day appointments and top quality care from the doctors and nurses. I can't say a bad thing about this surgery my Mrs agrees it's a very good doctors to attend.

I rang at 8am over 60 times and it kept saying they are closed. Finally after answering they said they are fully booked. On the other hand almost every single receptionist there is unskilled. You ask for one thing and they give you another. The GPs are useless for every health issue you have they always says its a vitamin D deficiency or you need a blood test After tests they say the cant do nothing as theres nothing wrong. I genuinely believe they only treat their own people better than others.

Impatient staff and they are so lazy. I always have to call multiple times in order to get something done.
