Very Disappointed of unprofessional staff and rudeness. Very bad service. Please dont trust on this stupid staff and also dont choose this surgery for your health.

Came to the surgery to register but the blond Asian lady in the morning made me walk out before i could ask anything, she was speaking to a patient very rudely, i wouldn't recommend joining this surgery. There are 2 Asian ladies who are very rude, speaking to patients mocking their language skills. I wish they can be taught customers skills as they lack in this. I wish they would close the surgery or let those 2 asian ladies go. . The newest receptionist who is very young she is helpful and very polite , i wish her customers skills could be passed onto the others.

I would like to say a Big thank you to Debbie Practice Nurse. Very friendly and always accommodating. I've had to visit a few times and the care and attention given is 100%. The Doctors take time to listen to your needs and addresses them one by one. As for the Receptionist they are always polite. Let's give credit where its due.
