Our architect recommended EPS Design, the company have been very quick in replying to questions and explaining the reports thus making our new build a slightly easier project to manage. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Avoid. We had a survey done this year, the brief was not followed and when the final report was issued it had inaccuracies. When challenged, EPS misrepresented events in their reply, blocked my emails and refused to answer my calls. Although EPS told me they were regulated by RICS, when I complained, RICS said they do not regulate them.

Fantastic service. Glyn was extremely professional and very helpful, taking the time to answer all our questions. He really helped us understand why, what was needed, WAS actually needed by our builder and building control!! He produced all our necessary documentation, quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend EPS Design.
