I can highly recommend Arc one from the initial consultation to the day of fitting of my panels and battery storage. Unlike other companies I had to quote there was no pressure to sign up immediately to gain a discount just great advice and clear pricing. They created a quotation that, in terms of equipment specifications, was "" like for like"" with others; the most modern and effective panels. It was a pleasant surprise to learn that it was considerably less expensive. A full survey was planned after I approved the quotation. The installation itself went off without a hitch. I have no qualms about recommending this business. Now my house is a little power plant!"

We had solar panels installed on the roof of our house in Charing as well as a storage battery in the garage, four weeks ago. We had quotes from a number of installers. The Arc Group were in the middle with their pricing but what put us at ease was their approachable demeanour and thorough explanations of the installation process. If anyone else is considering installing panels, I wouldn't think twice about recommending their services. We've had no problems at all with the installation and hope to save even more money over the years. Our panels have already allowed us to draw less from the grid and the storage battery is a godsend!

This company deserves the a 10* review! They have a genuine concern for their customer's and a thorough knowledge of their products and systems. In January of this year, we had our system installed. The crew complied with all of our requests and then some. They took care of all the paperwork and setup for us before returning to make sure everything was functioning properly. They worked diligently and quickly, effectively, and courteously. One of the best decisions we ever made was to go solar and using the Arc Group has really paid off.
