What a fantastic experience. Sam is truly a healer. Ive never had any form of reflexology, but today I had the stress buster treatment in a bid to help manage my stress levels and regulate my emotions. From the moment I walked in I felt a calming energy from Sam. What an amazing lady! Kind, friendly yet professional, a healer in every sense of the word. Im so grateful to have found Sam, shes an exceptional reflexologist. From the first appointment Sam took the time to get to know me, my health concerns and reasons for being there. She listened and used her experience and knowledge to give me the best treatments possible. I started seeing Sam at the start of my fertility/ IVF journey and I continue to go now Im pregnant. Sam has helped me beyond words, her and her treatments keep me calm, reduce my stress and anxiety, and have supported my body and mind through a really difficult time.
