Extremely poor quality goods, very poor workmanship and terrible communication. Have had to raise a dispute with Etsy and our bank to try and get a resolution as the business ignores all communication. The wrong top was fitted and the rest of it looks like a child made it. really disappointed. My bathroom is on the last day of being fitted and i am without vanity unit that was being made. Communication is terrible and after 4 days of trying to get through and calling i got a text to say super busy and had covid etcetc. I get it that people are ill but if you are running a business and you know someone is having a bathroom fitted wouldn't you let them know it could be delayed which would have given me time to find an alternative unit for sink until a later date. All i got back was we will get on to this asap. ASAP is not a date, is no closer to me knowing when i can expect this plus i have put down 150 on this so i now believe this to be a scam. This is not a family run business and i am annoyed to say the least that i have been left high and dry when i have already been messed around by plumbers doing my bathroom in the first place.
