        We attended the Thai street food cookery course last night,what an amazing experience!Everything was so well organised and tuition was easy to follow.James our chef and all the staff were helpful and friendly.Our meal was excellent,we were delighted at what we achieved!Great also for gift ideas too!

        Just returned home from The knife skills course . I enjoyed every minute and would recommend highly. I learnt so much and have gained so much confidence in myself. Thanks to James and the girls.

        Absolutely excellent. The team put a lot of effort in and help even very beginner cooks pull together a great meal.

        Went for dude food and while Im not a massive cook myself it was amazing. James taught us how to make lots of different things then demonstrated how to cook the perfect steak. I will be using all the recipes at home, it was amazing I highly recommend
