Awful company. Placed an order for a trailer in March as they said completion would be 24th August. When I chased a couple of times once the completion date had passed they said they had staff off isolating so there was approximately a 10 day delay. I had to chase again 2 weeks later and was told the trailer would not be completed until some time in November! Delays can happen but not this suddenly and the lack of communication has been disgusting. I asked at the beginning of August if things were still on schedule and was told yes definitely all on time. I'd avoid this manufacturer. Currently waiting for a refund
