Birth Calmly Hypnobirthing

My partner and I completed a hypnobirthing course with Louise in November after a great taster session. She has helped us increase our confidence and knowledge. A great antenatal course. We continue to practice to be as prepared as we can be for birth and we know Louise is there to help us in our journey whenever we need her.

My partner and I completed the Birth Calmly Hypnobirthing course with Louise prior to the birth of our first little one in May 2020. We were both ever so glad that we did the course as it not only prepared us for any possible scenario but it was also extremely informative and we gained so much valuable knowledge about both pregnancy and the birth itself. Our daughter arrived a month early and it was amazing to see how well the Hypnobirthing techniques helped my partner keep calm throughout. And it definitely helped me too, I was able to remain calm and focus on being positive for my partner. Louise was very professional and supportive throughout and we would highly recommend.
