Pre booked and pre paid. Told to call 30 minutes before arriving at airport. Nobody answered the phone, despite over 10 attempts. After waiting until nearly missing our flight we were forced to park in Gatwick long stay at the walk up rate (25 per day). No reply to my emails asking for refund. No contact whatsoever. So ABC meet and greet has stolen our money. Complete scam - avoid at all cost.

Having read adverse reports of Gatwick parking scams was unsure what to expect. Due diligence suggests a new company with share capital of 1 and little info re directors of company. Taxi firm from Chinnor, Oxford quoted 300+ for taking us to and from Gatwick but abc quoted 53 so decided to take a chance and left them with a rubbish old car in case I never saw it again. Was really pleased with service provided at drop off (late night in mid winter) and late night flight delay collection on return journey. Staff were brilliant and altogether a smooth operation. I'll leave the Roller with them next time! Thanks for straightforward and honest transaction. Have already recommended to a friend, which is something I am usually careful about.

Just used ABC Meet and Greet service which I was very impressed with. The telephone booking operator was very helpful. The meet and greet person was on time and also very helpful. On our return the car was waiting and in perfect condition. A first class competitively priced service which I would highly recommend.
