The Bath Business

They came they resprayed the bath twice. Twice they failed to match pampas which is a standard colour, it's a long way off, it's grey. They refused to send out a manager to look at the work, they just kept issuing demands for payment of the invoice. I tried to persuade my mother not to pay them and to see them in court but as she and I were both caring for my terminally ill father she felt she did not have the energy. Now a year after this she has started to receive demands for money from them again. I have emailed them to say that the invoice has been paid and given them the chq number. Of course you can't get anyone to pick up the phone. This company has a terrible standard of work and a disgusting attitude to customer service. Don't touch them with a barge pole.

OMG Thank you so much to you guys, My bath is looking AMAZING now, the shine is really glossy. It really looks like one of them computerized special effect baths. THANK YOU SO MUCH !! Money Well Spent. It was this or replace the bath, which would have cost a bundle.
