Just wanted to share my experience with this company. I have to say working with Ryan Payne has been an immense joy from a professional standpoint. As a landlord, Ryan has been very progressive and a brilliant trouble shooter. We had problems with some contractors that we used and Ryan did a fantastic job in overcoming the problems we had. He kept us and the tenant informed always and he was willing to go that extra mile in order for the deal to be completed. Ryan is a true professional and a fantastic wonderful helpful guy. He is a true asset to Choices and I would have NO hesitation in recommending him and his services to other landlords. Absolutely wonderful person indeed. Ryan is brilliant. He is very commercial and easy to work with. He thinks outside the box to ensure you get your deal done and is very professional. I highly recommend working with him

The services on offer do what it says 'on the tin' ; I found that were some teething problems but Ryan put the effort in to rectify any issues that occurred and didn't shy away from accepting company shortcoming so hopefully wouldn't happen again in the future .
