        Allan from Deepfix was great - I was able to get a same day appointment, at home - really simple. I had been in a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders, but with stretching and a brilliant massage by the next day it was completely sorted.Would highly recommend.

        I booked a deep tissue massage with Allan following some recent physio work on my injured shoulder. I found Allan to be knowledgable, thorough and extremely effective. He was able to identify all of my trigger areas and work on them efficiently. As a result of his treatment I feel like I'm more level in my hips and shoulders and I'm feeling less stiff and more comfortable.

        Thorough massage to legs and lower back, Just what was required. Being a runner I'm forever getting tight calves, quads and so on. I really appreciated the assisted stretches post massage, despite the faces I was pulling!
