The waiting time is unimaginably long. A waste of time. Onlain purchases are paid and there is no storage for the goods. If the goods are there, you will not get them anyway because the system is suspended and they do not see the payment on the same day.If you have too much time and patience, you like to do nothing, stand idle and your boss pays you for this time, I recommend

I have been visiting HRP for over 30 years, since 1987 when I set up my business. Over the years there have been a few of the trade counter staff who have been very good. Michael at the Slough branch who has always been amazing with his in depth knowledge and memory of all the products that HRP offer and sadly he is no longer with us. Generally, a lot of time is being wasted for engineers who come to the trade counter. This is unnecessary and is a common factor when we come to the Slough branch. What they fail to understand is that EVERY customer is IMPORTANT. We may be the little guy, there are some particular years where we have spent over 100k with HRP. In the last four months, we have purchased approx 73k of MHI equipment, and non of it was bought from HRP. The reason, excuses and delays are the norm. We have bought from another supplier and ALL the equipment was supplied to us before or on the due date we specified.
