I ordered a pool table with TieDex. The whole process was excellent. Communication was brilliant and I cant recommend them enough. My delivery was to Northern Ireland and the delivery company were brilliant, they gave me regular updates and my delivery arrived on time. The drivers were very helpful and I am very satisfied with the service.

Our new Coleman Deluxe Event Shelter from TieDex (UK) was set up for 3 weeks at the edge of Lake Ontario, Canada. Not only was it lovely to look at, it provided shade on hot days, and held up to high winds and rain. I preferred to add plain curtains making it look like a yurt. However we had great difficulty separating the anchors and the sections during the takedown; we needed to knock them apart. Highly recommend this shelter.

Confirmed my order then weren't able to fulfil it. At least I got a refund reasonably quickly, but they should have done better in terms of knowing whether they had stock before accepting an order. Won't be back.

Ordered a wheelie bin storage which was delivered within a couple of days. Great Service and the delivery guy Jack was really pleasant and helpful.
