Tsohost

Even 1 star is too generous. Tsohost (10 years ago), used to be the best in the business. I had over 40 clients' websites hosted with them. 4 years ago their service was awful, I had clients calling me with their websites down all the time. So, I transferred all my clients over to my new provider. Now i am in the process of moving all the domain names, as Tsohost can't even get a simple auto-renew to work, so I have clients now calling me that their websites are down because their domains have expired. Terrible technical support. Just awful. Avoid.

If I could give 0 I would.Whoever took over this company has made it an absolute shambles. In its hay day it was excellent with 24/7 telephone support and solid IT knowledge now the agents have no clue what they are doing, are rude and unhelpful. Dont bother use them its not worth the stress plus they are way overly priced.

I've been with TSO Host since 2016 and I've been very happy with the hosting of our website and their helpful and knowledgeable support service.
