Practical Car & Van Rental Slough

Me and my uncle rented a Van for the day. The guys at Practical absolutely smashed it! Couldnt fault them at all. They gave us a Van upgrade as the one we selected wasn't ready yet. The van itself was top knotch. We were clearing out a home moving items and it did the job brilliantly. At the end of the day, I was running late (25 mins) and phoned them to let them know as I was worried about getting charged extra. They understood the situation and let me return the Van with no added charge.staff were friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. Woukd defo use them agaib if eveI ever need a Van. (Btw... this is my second time using them personally). GreT job guys... keep it up!

Very unhappy with the service they take to long to make you ready to get on the road and then when I went to drop the van he charged me 20 late return charge which I was on same time as I left

Needed a van for 1 day and picked them up because they were the cheapest and closest to me. I was very surprised with the service they provided. The young man at reception explained me everything and within 2 minutes, I had already signed everything needed and was checking the van with his colleague. When I came back, I parked the van outside the door and the man came to inspect it while I was heading to the reception. Within 2 minutes again, the van was already inspected and the deposit was returned back to my account. I was very surprised by the service, definitely didnt expect to be this easy considering the fact that they were cheaper than any other company. I would definitely recommend to anyone to use them!
