Could you be so kind to reply to any of my messages and respond to the emails of the finance company and the broker with respect to the faulty car that you have sold me. I bought a blue X-Type Jag estate over 10 years ago from Langley Motors and it was one of the most reliable cars I have had - no stress motoring all that time. Now I finally need to buy a new car and will definitely be going back to buy the next one from Dave and Jamie too.

Excellent customer service from David and his son. Family run business with all that comes with 40 years of motor knowledge. Transaction done smoothly and drove away within 2 hours with our new car.. cannot praise enough. If you are going to purchase a car Langley Motors should be your first choice.

Purchased a car from this garage and after 4 months it completely stopped working. Due to not being local to the garage I took the car to my local garage; which was a huge mistake as Langley Motors then refused to have anything to do with me. I asked them for some support and the customer service I received was terrible, they provided no support whatsoever. This went on for 3 months going backwards and forwards, continually having the phone put down on me. I asked Langley for a quote for the car in its current state, they clearly had no intention of coming back with an offer and I kept being fobbed off. Do not use this garage if you cannot get the car back to them as they will not help you in doing so. I have ended up being around 4000 out of pocket!
