We bought our car from these guys in August and were assured it had undergone a full service and all was in good working order. After a month on the road we started to get a warning light regarding the oil pressure, and took the car to a trusted local garage. After some back and forth, it transpired that the engine basically needs a complete rebuild and that the work would cost almost as much as the value of the car. In other words, its a write-off. Several professionals we have spoken to have told us this is not a problem that just comes on suddenly. So, if the service and 200-300 mile drive they claimed they carried out before the sale had indeed been done, there is absolutely no way they did not know about this problem. We feel that Beyond Drive remain responsible for this problem. However, they have been very avoidant in communicating over this matter, and when we asked what help they could offer they only suggested asking someone they knew to fix the car (at our expense). Do not trust this dealership. We are a family of three, about to become a family of five, and spent all our savings on this car, so this has been financially crippling for us.

First class service from start to finish. I purchased a car from them and did a p/x for my car.They delivered the new car on time and collected mine.The new car was as described and the driver was friendly and helpful with the paperwork.I could not ask for a better experience You can buy with confidence.

They are truly one of the best (if not the best) customer service I have ever experienced. They actually care about selling you good product. Some time ago we bought a car from them and it had some issues I contacted them and they took it on themself's to sort it out. No questions ask. And at all time there was an option that I can give it back(I didn't I love the car) even half a year after that I asked them for help and they just helped me even though it was definitely a hustle for them. I'm buying from them next time.

Good customer service, the dealer was very knowledgeable about the history of the car and gave good advice about car maintenance. We also got an extended test drive in which we could really get a feel for the car. Some minor things that could be improved are: the car was dirty in the crevices of the boot and door handle, the one car tyre wasn't fully pumped beforehand, and the windscreen washer liquid was near empty.

Great service, seller was very friendly and helpful. No issues with the car and 6 months free warranty is definitely a big plus. Very pleased and would definitely recommend!
