        Poor! My Jeep went in for service and they had it for an entire week. I tried calling on the Friday when the car was due back but struggled to get hold of anyone. Eventually at 18:15 someone called me to say that they had forgotten about my car and they would not be able to return it until the Tuesday (after the bank holiday). In addition, the battery on my new Jeep was Faulty from the start and it's taken them two years to finally admin that there is a fault and replace the battery.

        I bought a wrangler jeep in Oct last year , Vince in Sales was exceptional , kept me informed all through the process and took me on a test drive which was great. my experience in purchasing a vehicle was excellent . I did call several weeks later with a query and reception said someone in service would ring me back but never did! Five stars for Vince
