That was my worse experience in my life.I definitely not recommend this dealerfirst think pictures doesnt much with reality..and second think do not accept any services wich is provided youll be nearly double overcharged or if ask for refund will take a lot of time delaying motivated differently excuse and at the end just blocking you numberbe very careful before purchasing something from him!!!!!!!!!

RS Prestige Cars were the most professional, patient and friendly dealership I have ever dealt with when buying my new car. Their deliverance was flawless in every way and attention to detail incredible. I will highly recommend and hope to be returning again soon with my next purchase.

Outstanding Experiance with Sham thorough out the process . He is very humble and his knowledge about cars is outstanding. Its not easy to spend on expensive cars but because of his knowledge and guidance I think I have made the right purchase. He helped not with car only he also helped with extended warranty and service plans too which is another peace of mind.

I purchased a car from RS Prestige in December 2021 and was very pleased with the service received. Sham dealt with my initial enquiry about the vehicle and was very responsive and answered a number of questions I had. We then arranged a test drive which was also convenient and with a quick turnaround. The test drive appointment was easy to get to and Sham met me with the car clean and ready to go. We talked about the vehicle and had a good walkaround to look at the exterior and interior and then went out. After a few minutes I was able to drive the car and unlike a lot of test drives, drove the vehicle for an extended period of time across a number of conditions. All throughout the drive Sham was able to answer any questions and was very knowledgeable about the make and model and all things that were worth noting and considering when looking at a purchase. Further to the test drive Sham did not try to do any hard selling and just asked me to let him know if I wanted to proceed as and when. I took a few days to make a decision and when I was ready to commit I contacted Sham and we got the handover underway. Even though this ended up being around the holiday period Sham was great and got the vehicle ready for me to collect within a few days. I collected the vehicle as planned and was given the relevant paperwork, keys and also processed the change of ownership there and then, all of which was very smooth. Further to having had the car for a few days I had a few additional questions and Sham answered them straight away. It is very refreshing to have people who understand and ensure that the customer continues to be important not just after a deal is agreed but for some time after and Sham definitely takes this seriously and always looks to help. So far so good, I love the car and it was the best one I could find whilst scouring the market and RS Prestige made the whole process of buying it and the initial ownership experience a real pleasure.
