Great sales service and amazing after care. I part exchanged my Honda Civic for a Mazda 5 and unfortunately soon realised our new car had a fairly major oil leak. After realising just how bad it was, naturally I became anxious about whether or not an oil leak would be covered under the trader's 3 month warranty. I called them up and explained the situation. Thankfully, they dealt with the issue very professionally, approving my taking the car to a local Mazda specialist. What's more, I didn't even need to part with a penny; no paying up front and claiming back. The garage invoiced and took payment directly from the trader and I left the garage a very contented chappy. I haven't had the pleasure of buying a brand new car, but know second hand that dealing with dealers can sometimes be horrendous, to the extent owners insist on warranty work being carried out at independents. If my experience was anything to go by, I can see why this may be the case. Thames Auto Sales were extremely pleasant, professional and the whole process was trouble-free. I'd definitely highly recommend them.
