Been waiting 4 weeks for some service via email for history of a service they apparently did to the car. Also still no log book. Not sure whats happening. Doesnt reply to texts. Wouldnt buy from them again to be honest. The sales process was easy taking the money but after sales are non existent. Shame because he seemed a nice lad.

Bought a BMW X6 from Toni - great customer service and very nice to deal with. Would highly recommend and just about to contact him as looking to chance another car in the family.

Booked an appointment for my dad on the phone yesterday. Asked the guy if he could come and view this morning at 10:30, he said he wasnt free until 11. I agreed this and gave my dads details to get him booked. This morning he drove and hour to get to slough to view and the owner was nowhere to be found, called to say hed arrived for his appointment to be told the owner wasnt free until 2pm. Why say your appointment only for viewing if you cant even make the appointments that you set. Waste of time, imagine how the sale would go if this is how the first appointment is. Lucky escape

I would give 0 stars if possible!! After travelling some distance to collect my bwm 1 series it was only weeks later I was having to pay out 100's to fix repairs constantly. When I contacted the dealership to report they were not interested in the slightest. Recently I was involved in a car crash which resulted in the car being written off (blessing in disguise). Please avoid at all costs if you don't want to be out of pocket.
