Very professional and timely. Appreciated the video update which was different to other mechanics! Prompt ETA and was very helpful. Also was nice enough to go through some ad hoc queries we had on our car when we picked the car up. Also prompt when calling & messaging which was appreciated too. Definitely recommend!
