Bust Out 360

Please listen to my review before you book it. We saw a deal on groupon for this venue and it was a very good deal so we bought the voucher. When I called to share the voucher with this place, I shared my mail address with them over the phone for the booking. When I asked them to repeat my mail back to me, the guy (Eddie) was insulted by my tone. I simply needed him to tell me whether he got my mail right and I explained this to him after as well. He refused to make our booking. We are left with a voucher from Groupon we cannot use and he refused to provide a service for us which is really frustrating. Beware before making a booking through groupon. Edit after owners reply: I cannot believe this reply as whats been claimed by the owner is untrue. I never said it had better be correct. I said I hope you get it right to indicate that I hope my mail was noted down correctly. Your member of staff (who claimed to be the owner) has repeated my mail but didnt spell it which was what I wanted as its never clear to read back, spelling back is the safest way. I never asked about the previous slot. After learning that slot was booked, I didnt ask anything about it let alone who booked that slot. Its unbelievable to read your reply back. How can you accuse me of things Ive not said. If your staff misunderstood me, he shouldnt have closed the call and allowed me to express myself because I never asked about who booked the slot nor I said it had better be correct

Challenges were good. The rooms could do with a better look, looks old and smells funny. Maybe it's part of the experience but I didn't quite like that. The receptionist was lovely and quite helpful.

We did Swirl: Cursed and we had an amazing time! We have numerous experiences with other escape rooms but it sure was one of the top five weve done. It was super creative with so many cool ways of unlocking the puzzles. Eddie was an amazing host too, as promised, well be coming back for Hijacked next time soon :D
