2nd time they have put roadworks outside my business with no prior warning. As a catering & Takeaway business I've had no trade as people are not stopping so no point in opening. Phoned and spoke to a receptionist who told me the relevant person from the relevant department would phone.... still waiting on day 2. Unprofessional to say the least

This place needs to a stock check on its inventory as the two storemen act so defensive when you ask questions about where stock is. It seems to magically appear and disappear. The minute you ask questions he starts sizing up his manhood (paygrade) to yours.

Cut off my phone without warning. When I tried to speak to one of their workmen he was shouting and ranting over the top of me. All I wanted to know was if their work had affected my phone and how long the repair would take. Rang the number on their sign and got a foreign call centre who told me to speak to my provider (Nothing to do with MY provider). A little while later the same man was shouting at other members of the public - it seems they do not want to deal with public enquiries and don't care. Several residents rely on their phones through a "lifeline" type system. Terrible PR!
