    O2 have completely failed to deal properly with a fraud on my account. The O2 Fraud department still have not contacted me one month after fraud was carried out. I cannot access my account and O2 were going to bill me the wrong amount of money, even though they told me last month that I would not be financially affected by the fraud. Does the O2 Fraud department actually exist? None of the operators at 202 can directly contact them - they send emails which are not being dealt with. Same with Complaints department - does it exist? Again email not answered. O2 seriously needs to get its act together and keep customers safe.
