Alcatel Mobile UK

This i the most useless technical support, out of all I've ever called. They don't know, what they doing there. They don't know how much it will cot to reinstall the software on the phone, other then reset to factory settings. They said to me to send the phone to their repair center, and only then they will tell me, how much will it cost. It just doesn't make any sense at all. Their repair center doesn't know their own prices as well. I think they just shouldn't be in business at all if they don't know anything about their services. The conclusion i the mot useless company and the worst phone. Try to avoid if you can. Definitely do not try to call them, total waist of time and nerves.

When you ask a simple question to their support phoneline they have not got a clue what you are talking about. You have to explain at least 6 times in different ways using different words before they can say 'I don't know'. I can't find a manual online, none came with the phone, and the pdf they e-mailed me is missing most of what I need and is full of errors. The phone itself has a bizarre and error-prone alphabetic entry system. I would never buy Alcatel again. 'Alcatel? - Go to Hell!'
