Just used these guys for the first time, actually never needed to order a taxi in my life before so first taxi experience! Due to my car breakdown and not wanting to bother my parents in the middle of the night tried this company through my cousins referral. This is a geniune review.Have to say was a bit worried after reading the reviews and that it's freezing tonight. My first experience was excellent!! The taxi came within 10 minutes when the guy on the phone said 10 to 15 mins or more so that was great, had 2 text messages confirming car reg number and pickup / drop off details , which I was very impressed with. Driver was smartly dressed, had excellent,friendly customer service, polite and alert for the middle of the night. If I ever need to order a taxi , I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them. Brilliant work and keep up the good work!

Worst service Ive received in a while. Booked can for 8.45. Then at 8.45 instead of taxi being here I get a text to say the cab has just been despatched. Which basic common sense would suggest if you to go somewhere at the time youre meant to be there then you will be late. Cab shows up 25 mins late like its the most normal thing in the world. Guy on phone claimed there was traffick at my hotel that cause lateness....despite me being outside and seeing ZERO traffick. I only used this company as my other firm didnt have cars. Ill never use them again. Time is important to people and this company clearly doesnt grasp that. Can journey was fine...but thats not that hard. But the lateness was unforgivable. Absolute amateurs.

Wow I though company would like a 17 cab journy for 2 miles and still let me down, 4th time in a row!!! Pointless
