        Called before making the long way down to pick up a desperately needed emergency electric key. Called first, double checked they had EON keys, and I think you all know where this is going... They did not have EON keys. So now my husband has to cycle an additional 3 miles because your staff are too stupid to answer very clearly asked questions. Absolute nightmare. Will never spend a penny in this shop. Useless idiots.
