Stayed here sometime ago and I can sum it up in one word; HORRID! Used the washing machine after running it empty on the hottest setting to rid of potential bacteria left over from previous guests and thinking nothing of it. Wore clothes I run through a wash and have a skin reaction. Wipe the inside of the machine with an antibacterial wipewipe came out brown coloured with some lint; see the picture. Toothbrush found under the couch; wasnt mine. The entrance of the building stunk like stale morning breath; retched the first time walking in then subsequently held my breath there after. Bathtub definitely not cleaned properly; ran a full bath and saw floating bits before using any soap duds. Bed fun times wrapper found under the bed. Customer service needs to be looked at; mention a list of negative things about the accommodation and they become passive aggressive. Water leaked from the extractor fan which tripped the electrics which they then blamed me for absolute joke. Paid extra for bedding to be changed every 3 nights which they didnt do on time and questioned if I still wanted it done because I had one night left. (They only change bedding fortnightly if youre stay for long periods.) My two penny worth is: Dont stay here.

My stay was wonderful throughout. Very clean and maintained apartment. You can cook your own meal on your own time with their fully furnished kitchen. I must really appreciate Serena's assistance and an extra effort she took to ensure that I get an apartment key to check-in myself as I happened to reach the apartment midnight due to a last minute change on my travel itenary. Rhea from their team was spontaneous and did a great job throughout to make my stay totally enjoyable and relaxing. Overall it was very comfortable and highly recommend others to go for it without a second thought. Appreciate all the efforts.

This apartment was really nice. It was very clean. Everything was nice the only thing I can say was that the the windows had large vertical blinds which is fine for living room but in the bedroom it was a problem as they let in the light at 5.30am so couldn't sleep. The kitchen could of done with maybe a few extras basics like tin foil, salt and pepper etc. Apart from that the apartment was very pleasant.
