Staffs are nice and polite been coming to the office for over 6 month now never seen any incidents

Staff is horrible. I've been on the phone for almost half an hour. The management need to GET ON TOP of this ASAP. . I was told I would get a call back this morning but still haven't received one.

Appalling customer services at least 8 to 12 minutes on hold before they bother answering the phone every single time. The probation officers seem okay but the reception staff are joke , you can sit in reception and watch them divert the call time after time because theyre talking about fingernails and hair.

Never answer the phone Ive been ringing for days and no ones picking up its a complete joke half the probation workers are on leave most the time

Terrible place no.organisation skills reception never answer there phone so even if your late to an appointment or can't attend good luck trying to notify them and then don't be surprised to have a warning letter already turn up.out side your front door.
