Athema Services Ltd

Firstly Athema services Ltd misled us about the carriage. We enquired about why a small item could not be posted UK 1st class, he replied 'we only use couriers' he did not disclose that the item was to be sent from overseas. The item has never been delivered to us. Four days after the order FedEx issued a proof of delivery signed by a name unknown to us. We asked Darren to investigate as the item was not delivered to us but were very dissappointed that he was not helpful, not interested and would take no action. We have lost our money and would never trust this company again.

Scammer! ZERO integrity. Charges haphazardly against Consumer Rights Act. Shocking customer service and seriously malicious attitude! STAY AWAY!!!

Sharing others concerns about poor customer service. Very rude and disinterested owner who will give you a hard time if anything goes wrong. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

Athema did as they had promised and the item is here in my office - sincere thanks. At 1:30 pm I asked if Athema could ship a part and at 2:50 pm the following day it arrived.
