Always busy with usually just 1 person, if there are 2 people, they sometimes can be inattentive and ignore the queue. Some members are great, 1 lady can have some attitude

If there is a option to rate in minus, I would do that. I bought a postage online and when I went there to drop off the parcel, staff was rude and unprofessional and said that you are dropping a small parcel and asking few questions, so I asked the lady that is there any problem to ask questions, she said that you paid the postage to royal mail directly, instead I should come to them and pay it over the counter rather than buy online postage, so I told her that it's the same thing and I paid the same amount for my parcel buy lady was meant that if we pay the postage over the counter then they would have some of the share as well. I asked the lady that let me put the tape to make the parcel secure but the lady did no allow me and put a small tape in the front, I was getting worried that would my parcel reach to the right person or it will be misplaced. This is not the only time, it happens every single time, if I would have an option to go somewhere, I would love to but Unfortunately, this is the closet point near me and I have to go and see those idiots unless I find alternative.

I don't feel my parcels going right hand, not safe as they leave them outside the counter.. Everybody can take them.. Also very tinny space, no distance nothing..
