        It's a few years this the new ownership, since then the service has been going downhill . Rude impolite lazy, lying yes lying staff members. Near Xmas I wanted to return a package and they refused saying royal mail aren't collecting. Had to go to Farnham Rd post office no problems there with collections. Once wanted to deposit a cheque they said don't accept them anymore had to go elsewhere. Tried to pay my British gas bill they refused and said I needed ID for proof it's a new policy again had to go to Farnham Rd post offic job done. They are not friendly or welcoming I would have given them 0.
