Brandshill Post Office

Based on my last visit... would give no stars if possible. Nice that its local but the staff for Post Office can be just plain RUDE. Came in with a pre paid return package and told "should have the weight" when i queried this was asked "what i was talking for" by the staff. Had to explain that if asked nicely my response will be teh same. Avoid if you can is my overall opinion. We had 2 much closer but they were closed or decided to operate as post offices. Stuck with unless you travel further afield. NO STARS. Oh the alcohol is overpriced (guess to take advantage of the locals who have no near supermarket or real alternative) Cluttered store could go on but think i have been honest enough.

I've had twice a bad experience here!! The food was expired and the staff didnt give a **** Horrible customer service!!

I went in with two Amazon returns. The girl knew exactly what to do and the tech worked flawlessly. Polite and friendly. Could not fault.

Useless staff here, they dont have a clue what to do in the postoffice. A shame for Royal Mail letting everyone to work without minimum of knowledge!
